Daddy Day Care WOD

Short workout today, nothing fancy.  Just hitting the iron and getting out.  I was out all day with my little buddy (aka – my son) and squeezed in a quickie.

WOD:

Wendler, week 2, day 1

Press, 3+ @115 (6 total reps)

3 sets to failure of:

ring dips, 15, 12, 12

pull ups, 12, 10, 10
