Purchase sessions below and contact me for appointment scheduling. Training sessions must be scheduled in advance. 24 hour cancellation policy.
Private Training Sessions – In-person or remote. These sessions are purchased in singles, triples or five packs. Must be scheduled in advance and expire once completed. The sessions can be used for anything: CrossFit, mobilization or skills practice, advice or counseling.
