“Mary”

AMRAP in 20 minutes of

5 hand stand push ups

10 Pistols

15 pull ups

Score: 10 rounds +1 HSPU

Previous performance was October 15th on my birthday, 9 rounds. All time PR still stands at 12 rounds.  I think if i had gotten a full 8 hours of sleep last night, instead of 4.5 hours, I could’ve hit my record.  So many pull ups.

Here is a video or Rob Miller doing Mary at 7k feet of elevation back in 2011.  He scored a PR of 12 rounds.
