Nothing special here to post about, just posting what I did when I got back from my work trip.
Sunday solo training session:
Back squat 3×5
Warmed up my low bar back squat using the bands around my knees. This helped to remind me to push my knees out while I squatted and turned on my hips for better recruitment.
185x3x5 with the band on the knees, low bar back squat.
135x1x20 back squat
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood (1.5 pood)
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Double unders
Horribly off my previous best of 23 and change. Almost lost it during the burpees.
